Privacy policy

In short

There is no account to create, we never ask for your name, address or phone number, and your IPTV playlists stay on your device. Everything the server knows about you is listed below.

Data we process

• Device code: an identifier generated by the app on first launch, used to tie the licence to the television. It is not linked to your Google or Amazon account.
• IP address and country of the connection the app uses to reach our server: needed to run the service and to spot licence abuse.
• Installed app version, to offer updates.
• Email address, only if you buy: used to send your receipt and to find your purchase when you write to us.

Data we do NOT process

• We do not know which channels you watch: playback happens directly between your device and your provider, never through us.
• Playlists and IPTV credentials stay encrypted on the device; if you load them via the QR code, the hand-over is encrypted on our server too and readable only by your television.
• We use no advertising, profiling or third-party tracking.

Why and for how long

We process this data to deliver the service you purchased and under our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Licence data is kept while the licence is active; payment records are kept for the period tax law requires.

Who it is shared with

Only the technical providers needed to run the service — Cloudflare (servers and database) — and the payment provider you choose at checkout, which handles payment data as an independent controller. Nobody else.

This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction by writing to support@jusonix.com with your device code. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
