1. What Jusonix is

Jusonix is a television application that plays audio and video streams from lists (M3U playlists or Xtream Codes accounts) supplied by the user. Jusonix does not provide, sell, host or index channels, subscriptions or content of any kind.

2. Permitted use

You may only use Jusonix with sources you have the right to play. You alone are responsible for the lawfulness of the lists you configure and the content you access. Using the application to access content in breach of copyright is prohibited and terminates the licence.

3. Licence

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive licence that cannot be transferred to third parties, valid for the device on which it was activated, with no expiry and including published updates. The licence can be moved to a new device on request to support, in case of replacement or failure.

4. Free trial

The first 7 days from first launch are free and fully functional. After that the application asks for licence activation.

5. Price and payment

The price is the one shown in the application and on this site at the time of purchase (€4.99, one-off, per device). Payment is handled by the providers listed on the purchase screen.

6. Restrictions

You may not decompile, modify, redistribute or resell the application, nor circumvent its licence checks. Modified copies are unsupported and may be blocked.

7. Warranty and liability

The application is provided "as is". We do not warrant the availability, quality or legality of the sources you configure, which depend on third parties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above.

9. Governing law

Italian law applies. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
